Damask rose buds – (Herbal Infusion) Fashion

Fragrant and delicate, this tea is made up of miniature rose buds sourced from the Fujian province of China.  This region has been producing tea for over 1600 years, and is known for the quality of its teas and these rose buds are a perfect example of that; subtle and aromatic they make a wonderfully light tea that is entirely caffeine free; ideal for a cup before bed.

To make the perfect cup, simply boil water and pour it over 2 – 5 rose buds and allow to brew for a few minutes.  This quantity of rose buds will be sufficient for 3 – 5 cups of tea, and the resulting tea is not only delicious, it s also packed with vitamins (A, B, C, E and K) and will boost your circulation and nourish you, inside and out.  What more could you ask from a cup of tea?

You could ask one more thing; as these rose buds are pure, you can also use them to make a scented hydration spray for your body and face, or pop a few into your bath water; drink a cup as you relax in the scented water and double your pleasure!
